Wedding Day Timeline

Friday, June 6 – Arrival

Hotel Check-In
Guests staying at Hotel Villa Aricia are welcome to check in between 3:00 PM and midnight.
The hotel has your reservation details, and payment has already been covered by us for those who have not extended their stay. Simply provide your name upon arrival at the front desk.

Saturday, June 7 – The Wedding Day

Transportation
Private coaches will be available to escort you to the Basilica of Santa Maria in Aracoeli for the ceremony. Following the service, transportation will be provided to Villa Augusta 1910 for the evening’s celebrations.

Schedule of Events:

  • 2:00 PM - Gathering outside of the Hotel Villa Aricia (Next to Villa Augusta) to wait for the coach.

  • 2:15 PM sharp - The bus will be leaving, the bus cannot stop in front of the hotel, so be sure to be ready, as both of the busses will leave, and there’s no back up option to go to the church.

  • 4:00 PM – Ceremony begins promptly (duration: approximately 1 to 1.5 hours)

  • 5:30–6:00 PM – Return to the coaches for transportation to the reception

  • 6:30–6:45 PM – Arrival at Villa Augusta 1910 | Welcome appetizers and drinks

  • 8:30PM - Seated dinner service

  • 10PM - Entertainment begins

  • Midnight–12:30 AM – Festivities conclude
