Restaurant: Patrick Guilbaud
So, as you might know, I love food and I just could not help but going to this 2 star Michelin restaurant in town.
The atmosphere was very posh indeed, so it was the service, but the food did not live up to my expectations.
I opted for the 4 Course Degustation (€98) and I had the following, which you can see below:
I could only retrieve the name of two dishes, but the others have changed since.
- Blue Lobster Ravioli Free Range Egg Pasta
Coated in Coconut Scented Lobster Cream, Toasted Almonds,
Split Curry Dressing (4th Photo from the top left) - “Assiette of Valrhona”
Guanaja Chocolate Parfait,
Salt Caramel Ganache, Praline Ice Cream (Photo below the Gallery Grid)
The food was certaintly good, but you can get the same quality of food in other places in town for less like at L'Ecrivain restaurant.
